1. General Return and Exchange Policy

2. Cancelling or Modifying Your Order Before Shipping

  1. Modification or Cancellation Requests

    If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact TANGOOLA via email or live chat on the official website within 24 hours of placing your order. Modifications or cancellations made after 24 hours may not be approved. If approved, additional fees may apply.

  2. Custom Orders

    Returns or modifications are unlikely to be approved for custom orders placed more than 24 hours ago. Examples of custom orders include:

    • Custom rims
    • Upgraded hubs
    • Upgraded spokes
    • Custom decals
    • No decals
  3. Canceling an Unshipped Order

    Notify us via email or live chat on the official website if you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped. Note that the order may already have been shipped by the time you receive notification.

3. Returns Not Related to Product Condition

We aim for your satisfaction. If the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it under certain conditions.

4. Damaged or Missing Products

  1. Inspection Before Signing for Delivery:

    Carefully inspect the package before signing for it. If there is obvious damage, take photos of the damage, refuse delivery, and send TANGOOLA the photos via email or live chat within 7 days of arrival.

  2. Claims with Shipping Companies:

    If a claim is filed with the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform TANGOOLA of this number so they can track the delivery.

  3. Damage Discovered After Delivery:

    If you discover damage after opening the package, contact TANGOOLA within 7 days of delivery. Once return approval is granted, send the package back within 30 days of the delivery date. Within 10 days of the item being returned, TANGOOLA will verify the issue and inform you of the possibility of a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.

5. Special Instructions

If you require after-sales service for a DAO Wheel purchased on platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, etc., please contact the platform where you made the purchase directly for faster processing.
